Parent PortalToday was National walk to School day, where students across the nation are encouraged to walk to school. We recognise that many of our families are not in close proximity to St James, however, as with previous years, we offered the chance to walk to school from the NNG Hotel car park area. It may seem like a token gesture, but the message is a good one. Walking is great for everyone’s health, and in many ways, healthier than running! We had a great turn out of students and parents, we left the car park at 8:30am and all walked to school. Thank you to Mr Vermeer and Mr Balzary for walking with the students.
